Nutritional requirements can vary from person to person. vitaminID.com has two options for users. The first is to take our confidential personal health survey that gives you a customized daily vitamin regimen.  The second, is to skip the survey and start building your packs the way you want.

The Nature Made vitaminID recommendation is a complimentary service. There is no obligation to purchase the recommended products.

The Nature Made vitaminID program has been designed for adults. Because children and adults have different needs, this program is not intended for anyone below 18 years of age.

What happens if I have made changes to my diet or lifestyle or if my medications change?

vitaminID.com encourages you to take the health survey at least once a year or when you make changes to your diet, lifestyle and/or medications used. Doing so will ensure that your recommended supplements fit your needs well. We encourage you to always check with your doctor or health care professional when changes occur.

Can someone else take my supplement recommendations?

Your Nature Made vitaminID program has been developed just for you based on your unique needs. We recommend each person to take the health survey and to get their own personalized supplement program that meets their own specific needs.

Can I take all the supplements at the same time? Or are there supplements I have to take at specific times?

We recommend taking the supplements with meals. You may take them all at once or split them up during the day. One exception are the tablets in the Cholesterol Health Pack. Natural sterols and stanols, help maintain cholesterol health by blocking the absorption of bad cholesterol into the blood stream. To ensure effectiveness, the supplements should be taken twice a day before meals - one before breakfast and one before dinner.

Sometimes in the past I have experienced mild gastrointestinal discomfort after taking multiple supplements. Is there anything that I can do to avoid that happening with these supplements?

We always recommend taking our supplements with a meal and not on an empty stomach (except for the Cholesterol Health Pack ). Taking vitamins with food not only helps to dissolve the tablets and absorb the nutrients, but can help decrease any gastrointestinal discomfort. However, if you are taking most or all of the supplements in your packet with one meal, and you experience GI discomfort, we would recommend splitting up the tablets and ingesting a few of the tablets at different meal times throughout the day. If after splitting up the tablets in this manner, you continue to experience GI discomfort, please contact our Call Center at our nutrition experts can be of further assistance.

I am currently taking supplements. Can I combine my existing regimen with the vitaminID recommendations?

Your Nature Made vitaminID recommendation has been developed assuming you are not taking any supplements. We recommend that you do not mix your current vitamin program with vitaminID products. For additional questions, you can also contact a vitaminID expert at 1.877.272.MYID.

Do you charge sales tax for online purchases?

Only vitaminID packs shipped to California are subject to sales tax at the appropriate tax rate.

Shipping FAQs

Do you charge for shipping?

If you sign up for autoship, shipping is free for every purchase of vitaminID packs sent via ground shipping. If you do not, standard UPS shipping applies.

Order Processing Time

Because these vitamin packs are built specifically for you, we need 2-4 business days to process an order. You will receive an email upon order processing and we will send you an email once the product has been shipped with an estimated delivery date based on the shipping method you chose.

Shipping Time

Your order will be shipped via UPS. As UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, please include a physical address not a P.O. Box, when you place your order. Please allow 2 to 4 business days from the date your order is placed for processing. Your order will be shipped via the shipping method and timing you selected. We will give you the date that we expect your order to arrive. Note: orders and shipments are currently limited to the lower 48 states only. We will announce any expansion of services on this website.

Shipping rates based on one pack per day, shipping rates double with each additional daily pack ordered.

I'm enrolled in the autoship program. When should I expect my orders to arrive?

Your reorder will be placed every 28 days. If you need to change your shipping options or order please check the My Account section and use the Manage Orders feature. You can move ship timing forward or backward up to 28 days to help make it easier to continue your commitment to health.

Orders and shipments are limited to the continental U.S. at this time. Should we decide to expand internationally, we will announce any expansion plans on this website.
